During the earning period, you’ll get 1 point for every dollar spent on qualifying Satellite products, such as restrooms, handwash stations, deodorizers, cleaners, and vacuum technology. Stay tuned for bonus point opportunities announced throughout the year to maximize your earnings!

Consumables paper products, PPE & safety equipment, office & breakroom supplies are not currently eligible for earning Pro Perks points earning. Subject to change.

What is the Satellite Industries ProPerks Rewards Program?

The ProPerks Rewards Program rewards customers for their business with Satellite Industries. Enrolled customers in good standing can earn ProPerks Reward Points through qualified purchases. These points can be redeemed for exciting travel rewards, brand-name merchandise, Satellite Industries products, and various action and adventure experiences.

How do I earn ProPerks Reward Points?

To earn ProPerks, you must have an active Satellite account and make qualified purchases during the program period, outlined in the program rules.

What do I need to do to be considered an "eligible customer"?

To earn and use ProPerks Points, keep your account active and in good standing with Satellite Industries, Inc. This means no past due balances and on-time payments. Delinquent accounts may lose access to the program and forfeit points.

How do I know how many Reward Points I've earned?

Your ProPerks Reward Points update monthly. Log in to the program website with your User ID and Password, then click 'My Program' and select the statement tab. You will also receive monthly email statements.

How do we redeem ProPerks Reward Points?

Redeem your ProPerks Points in the Rewards section of the website. Log in, select your award, and submit your redemption to receive a confirmation page with your confirmation number, delivery details, and updated point balance. Merchandise and certificates are delivered within 2 to 4 weeks, and travel reservations require at least three weeks' notice.

What are the award terms?

Shipment of Your Award

Many items will ship within 5 to 10 days from the manufacturer, but they may arrive separately on different days. Typically, you can expect your order to arrive within 3 to 6 weeks.

For order status, please forward your award confirmation email to clientservices@hmiaward.com. Custom items, like furniture, may take up to 12 weeks for delivery and cannot be returned, so request fabric swatches if you're unsure about colors.

All items ship prepaid, and deliveries of items over 70 pounds will be made inside your location. If a carrier is delivering your order, inspect the package before signing. Once contacted by the trucking company, schedule delivery within 2 working days to avoid automatic returns or additional charges.

Prepaid shipping fees apply only to deliveries within the contiguous 48 states of the U.S.

For shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and international destinations, the participant is responsible for the shipping costs.

To obtain the exact shipping amount, please contact Award Headquarters. Tariffs, taxes, and freight costs are available upon request.

Item Substitutions

We may occasionally ship updated models at no extra cost due to manufacturer advancements. If an ordered item is unavailable, we'll try to offer a comparable item of equal or greater value. If that's not possible, we'll ask you to select a different item based on your points.

For any dissatisfaction with a substitute, please contact Award Headquarters immediately.

Award Headquarters Guarantee

Award Headquarters accepts returns for damaged or defective items if you return them with original packaging within 48 hours of receipt. Keep all packaging for replacements.

For items that become defective later, our Client Service Professionals will provide a Proof of Purchase for warranty claims. Some manufacturers, like Apple, don’t allow returns but offer warranty service, so we’ll guide you on how to proceed.

In Summary:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

Damaged Items: Report within 48 hours of receipt.
Defective Items: Report within 30 days of receipt.

Reporting Process:
1. Call Award Headquarters to report the issue.
2. You will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and return instructions.
3. Repack the item in its original packaging and write the RA number on the box.
4. The delivery carrier will be authorized to pick up the item.

After Returning:
- Once returned, the item will be inspected. A replacement will be processed at no cost if the item is in stock and shipping within 72 hours. Allow 4 to 6 weeks for items drop shipped from the manufacturer.
- Replacement orders won’t be shown in your online statement, and the original order status will be "shipped."

If Discontinued:
If the item is discontinued and has no direct replacement, your points will be refunded.

Delivered, Non-received Orders

If an item shows as delivered with a signature, the participant will be notified. If there's no signature, Award Headquarters will file a claim with the carrier and send a replacement once resolved.

If your order indicates delivery but you haven't received it, contact Award Headquarters immediately. Please allow 10 to 15 business days for claim processing.

In case the item is lost in transit, a claim will be filed, and a replacement will be promptly reshipped.

Elective Exchanges

For elective returns or exchanges of non-damaged items, please contact Award Headquarters within 2 business days of receipt. These exchanges incur a return shipping fee and a 15% restocking fee at the participant's expense.

Returned items will be inspected, and if acceptable, your points will be refunded minus the 15% restocking fee and original shipping cost. If an authorized return is not processed within 5 days, a 25% restocking fee may apply, and delivery could be refused.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and condition. Note that some suppliers do not allow returns.

Receipt of Wrong Item

If a participant receives the wrong item, they should contact Award Headquarters within two days. A return authorization will be issued, and a replacement order for the correct item will be processed.

Event Tickets

All event ticket sales are final and non-returnable, non-refundable, and non-exchangeable. Ticket vendors may upgrade your tickets, and you will be notified of any seat changes.

Purchase tickets at least three weeks in advance. We will ship tickets based on the event date, not when you order. A client services representative will confirm your delivery address, and all tickets will require a signature upon delivery.

Expect tickets to arrive the day before the event. If you are traveling before the event, contact Award Headquarters. Keep your tickets if the event is canceled, as you'll need them to receive a points return.

You must monitor rain delays, postponements, and cancellations, especially for sports playoff games that may be canceled due to elimination. Note that you cannot return tickets for postponed events.

You are responsible for any charges that result from providing incorrect order or shipping information. As an intermediary, we sell merchandise on behalf of suppliers and manufacturers, rather than supplying it directly.
