Effective May 13th, 2009 Satellite Industries has terminated its agreement to sell and market Five Peaks products owned by Ameriform in Muskegon, MI.

Based on a contract we signed in December, 2008, Satellite Industries agreed to promote and manage the Ameriform Five Peaks line of portable restrooms. Ameriform agreed to honor product warranties for all product sold prior to our involvement. Additionally, Ameriform was to supply Satellite with thermoformed parts for other products.

Since our agreement was signed, Ameriform has entered receivership and we have made the decision to dissolve the relationship.

We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused Five Peaks customers. For ongoing service of Five Peaks products, please call Ameriform at 231-332-1741.
